I think Lebron has dragged this out way too far and the fear of reprisal (media driven Cleveland pity) may force his hand back to Cleveland. The only way he comes out of this clean at this point is to go back.. If you read between the lines of what Section is saying, this coordinated, Cleveland, Lebron associate(s), national media narritive pushing Lebron back towards Cleveland (which has been universal from the day the big three got together) may be the domino that pigeonholes Lebron back to Cleveland.

Also note how he mentioned Lebron's bull****, not the bull**** surrounding Lebron, as if Lebron has a role in all of this. I was on the fence the entire time but this post by Section carries more weight than anything in the media.

Disagree completely. Lebron's hand does not get forced by anyone. Especially the media. If he goes back to Cleveland, it's cause he thinks they give him the best chance to win.

@EthanJSkolnick 7m Confirming that LeBron James does not currently have meetings scheduled w/ other teams. Doesn't mean he won't schedule one, but for now, no.

    ‏@EthanJSkolnick 5m
LeBron James' next meeting is with his family.... though I'm assuming that one will be a bit less formal than the one today

I'm not. I still stand firmly believing 100% that Lebron is going nowhere. However just playing the "What if" game.

Haha.. I like Lebron. I love that we have won 2 championships. I just don't trust the guy and there is a lot of truth behind the criticism. Whether he stays or goes it won't affect me one bit as a fan. I look forward to wherever this next era of Heat basketball takes us.

I miss Dolphins season; at least we know to expect a little bit of hope, then a huge tablespoon of "**** you"...and it doesn't hurt as much.

My gut feeling is that Spriley promised Bron a big splash tomorrow, when deals are real. Maybe a big S&T; maybe Bosh for Kevin Love, or Carmelo Anthony, or Isaiah Thomas on max deals, since Chris was so ready to jump ship (supposedly, reportedly, allegedly).

I just don't see James signing back on in Miami just to have to leave his intestines strewn on the floor every night because no one else gets it done. And don't even ****ing say "Granger" to me. I don't get that **** at all.

No. Not with this, at least.

I just thought it was funny how the language section 126 used was picked apart for hidden meanings. He's been pretty straight up this whole time.

Don't worry about it. There's really nothing more to be said.

If I'm wrong so be it but the idea that LeBron was leaving Miami never passed the sniff test and it's no coincidence that when Vegas was taking action on his final destination the odds implied about 85% Miami.

One thing I've really concluded...I really dislike Lebron. Not in a Michael Jordan kinda dislike Lebron way but in a flat out dislike Lebron. I didnt like Jordan because he always beat good knicks teams. I can accept losing. I dont like it but I can accept it. I dont like dramaqueens. Even the Melo stuff has irked me. Lebron likes to keep peopel waiting on his every move and its annoying because it prevents your team from doing what they should be doing. Luckily Phil is probably gearing up for whats gotta be done anyway but damn, Lebron halts things to a standstill it seems. I really dont want to ever see him win again. I dont care what team he plays for.

But, players can't announce signings until tomorrow, right? If that's the case, Lebron is still early. :wink2:

Honestly...I hate the way Lebron handles business. He gets a pass for "The Decision" but to do it again four years later....you're right he is a drama queen. If he jumps ship again he is nothing but a title chaser who moves on when he feels there may be a slightly better scenario.

Anthony at least has reason to look other places. However if he sticks in NY it shows he wants to bring a title to his team, not just go where he thinks he has a better shot every contract. Not that Cleveland would have a better shot. They wouldn't.

If he goes there I will laugh when he is bounced by Indiana in the Semis.

I don't think Melo looks any better right now. He forced his way out of Denver. At least LeBron waits until his contracts are up to be a diva.
