Heat signed Henry Walker to a 10 day contract: http://www.sun-sentinel.com/sports/miami-heat/sfl-miami-heat-bill-walker-s022015-story.html Bosh's wife tweeted that he is doing okay: https://twitter.com/MrsAdrienneBosh/status/568822375489212416
I don't want to jinx him, and that 1:1 assists to turnover rate (4 TOs) is not very pretty, but he's starting to settle in a little bit. He's been playing his best basketball as of late.
I dont think we can call any of our players scrubs anymore. I like every player on this roster, the ones I hated are gone. Just a bunch of potential with some all star veterans as well.
Whiteside vs Asik should be interesting.. Asik is a very physical/dirty center. Will be interestig to see how Whiteside plays against that physicality.
Windhorst saying Wiggins would have been a Cav if he signed with Rich Paul, but since he opted not to, Lebron did not include him in his "IM COMING HOME" letter and Wiggins was available for Love shortly after. lol if this is true and Love bolts for another team...
Haslem heard me say zero offensive capabilities. Great. Now I gotta look over my shoulder for the next couple weeks.
That's funny and plausible, but who would they have traded for Love then? I don't see how they get that deal done without Wiggins.
They wouldn't have traded for Love period. Apparently Rich Paul was Wiggins top choice and it was all but official but then he chose not to sign with Rich Paul.
I know its the Knicks but I really liked what I saw from Napier... Needs to cut down on the turnovers by half.. But that confidence in his jump shots stood out the most. Havent seen him that confident since last year's tournament.
It's only the Knicks, yeah...but when he's engaged playing fast and aggressive, he can fill it up. In lots of games it looks like he's moving slow or overthinking or something, weirdly disengaged. Last night was promising, as was the Cavs game. Like I said earlier, he really has the best jumper of all the bench guys...he just has to figure out how to play within the offense and still look for the best ways to get his shot off. He has the potential to be an offensive spark off the bench that we're def going to need since lots of the other rotation guys are more defensive-minded and don't really stretch the floor. This is why you keep a kid with Napier's offensive tools instead of Cole. He also has a history of just playing awesome at MSG. The issue for him is minutes, though. Which is why I suggested the option of sending him to the D-League again. Dragic can log serious minutes, and with Dragic-Wade-Chalmers Spo has a really versatile group and can use any combination of them. But you don't want to miss out on the potential offensive/playmaking lift that Napier could start providing with more experience. It's a tough spot. And Napier certainly didn't help himself in the first half of the season.
I don't buy that. LeBron isn't about the long game and Irving, James, and Wiggins isn't a team that is going to win a championship this year or next.
Neither is Lebron, Kyrie and Love lol If you thought Bosh's role was diminished as the third wheel here, Love isn't even the 5th option of his team. Wiggins at the very least has excellent defensive instincts so he would have contributed right away.
Looks that way. Zoran too. Heat also officially anounce Bosh out for season with Pulmonray Embolism. Say he is OK, resting comfortably and the prognosis is good. Shame about this season, but he'll fully recover, which is what ultimately matters.
Link to official Heat statement on Bosh confirming it was blood clots in his lungs. Get better soon CB. Glad this was caught when it was and is not more serious. http://www.nba.com/heat/news/miami-heat-statement-chris-bosh
