how dare you, sir. wade is efficient. wade is the best player in the nba. how dare you question his 17 shots to get 17 points. he transcends stats. another team's sg outscoring wade....means nothing. he's a great defender...just take my word for it, he's the goat. leaning on lebron's greatness has nothing to do with wade's stats. wade just needs to take another 5 days off and he'll be fine...am i right?

Nope, he's been very fortunate too get a scholarship, win a national title as a freshman (thank god everyone else sucked worse) then got 2 NBA teams who were dumb enough to write him a check. Worlds biggest con man.

 

Can't tell if crazy unachievable expectations or if Melo is just a great underachiever.He can hit every big shot, but he could still be yet more complete and dominant defensively.

 

I wish people would stop making statements that lead me to defend the Knicks.

Melo is a top 10 NBA player easily. To say otherwise is crazy talk. There are aspects of his game I've always been critical of but to not recognize he has rare talent is kind of ludicrous

Apples to oranges. A single player can't carry an NFL team the way they can carry an NBA team. He's a healthier version of Tracy McGrady.

Magic Johnson made the Finals without Kareem.

The Jordan and Bird comparisons aren't really valid, because Jordan never played without Pippen in his prime, and Bird never played without McHale. Surely nobody could believe Michael Jordan or Larry Bird in their primes could miss the playoffs, even with a bad team around them.

We aren't talking about a player that is carrying his teams through playoff runs, but falling short. We are talking about someone that has won three playoff series his entire career.

 

I have to say you make a good point. Its not hard to get into the playoffs in the East.

He's made the playoffs every year in his career, wtf are you talking about?

 

Just ask yourself, which players look better because of Carmelo Anthony? He's talented. He has the ability. He is a great scorer. His style of play just isn't conducive to winning basketball.
