Per Woj, Hannsen/Balmer group on verge of acquiring Kings for $500 million from Maloofs. Team will move to Seattle at end of the season, play in Key Arena until new arena is ready, hopefully for 2015 season. Sucks for Sacramento but it will be good to have the Sonics back.
let's see if you can be honest about that game. That game was a Tony Brothers special...wasn't it? Blazers get 19 FT's in the 4th quarter. Shoot 10 more FT's while being outscored by 6 in the paint, and the Heat having 23 more paint attacks. TWENTY THREE. Blazers made 5 FG's in the 4th quarter. Heat made 6. Blazers had a FG-less drought of 4 minutes and 3 minutes in the 4th quarter. yet, they overcame a 12 point deficit. Home Court Advantage I guess.
to be honest, i was barely paying attention to the game, it was boring and we were playing bad for most of it..but yes the refs did help

yeah we need one more piece, shabazz mo would've been nice..I personally can't imagine batum going to the bench, if we got a SF i would just move him to start at SG...i've been really impressed with Terry Stotts job so far. The dilemma is Hickson though. He's going to want a lot of money this offseason, and a frontcourt of him and Aldridge won't win anything in the playoffs. I really like him but I sort of hope we trade him at the deadline and sacrifice any possible success this year. a classic case of buy low sell high.. you always have kind words the blazers, sec.
Hate to say it but if Amare doesnt get better really soon he is DONE as an impact player. Hes getting Elton Brand-like more and more as we speak just without the defense. This team needs a secondary scorer in the worst way cause JR, Felton, Copeland, Novak and Tyson just arent reliable from that perspective and we didnt get Kidd to score 20 a game nor could he do such a thing at this stage. Amare needs to pull his head from *** and get his stuff together quick. Hes wasting Melo and Tyson's time with this crap. Cant wait til Iman and Felton get back so we will actually have perimeter defense again. Prigioni and Kidd couldnt guard anyone with any kind of speed at this point. If memphis is really making Rudy Gay available then Grunwald needs to get on the phone ASAP
Amare being done as an impact player is last years news to me. But once the fore mentioned players return iam happy with our roster. Ofcourse Rudy Gay would be a very welcomed addition. Also some credit is due to the GM I think...we aren't missing Lin or Fields at all.
They always have good players, and a ton of bad luck. I really believe that had Roy never gotten hurt...it would have been the Blazers losing to the Heat in the Finals last year (they would have progressed to that point).
Not really. It's the knicks screaming back to the mean. Like I said...Knicks have to find their game still. That chuck and pray crap only works for a little while. The Knicks' game is with Amare elsewhere though. Unless he is happy being exclusively the backup #5 and 3rd big in the rotation. Rudy Gay is a bad compliment to Melo IMO.

I don;t think you can associate "kicking asses" with chucking and praying. You can't call another team "soft" when your style is the epitome of "soft". As for beating the Heat with chuck and pray, So did Golden State, and so did several teams last year. How did that work out for them? Just facts. BTW, a Knicks fan calling the Heat "soft". LOFL. Maybe I am being naive here, but I really, truly, honestly...don't give a single **** what happens in the regular season. Barring injuries, obviously. As long as HEAT get the 1st or 2nd seed...which they would have to try hard at this point not to, I don't care who we lose to, how we lose and by how much. This team showed that they are different animal in the playoffs. They just won a championship, and the made it to the Finals the year before. They know the journey, they've been there. It blows my mind that I see "Fire Spo" and **** like that on Twitter after a regular season road loss. It's crazy. Spo doesn't push the team quite as hard during regular season as Pat did with ALL of his teams, and that's a good thing, IMO. Look at somebody like Thibs who runs his players in to the ground, for what? A slightly better seed?
exactly. In fact, I could care less about the standings. I care about how the team is playing. I was stoked after that Blazers game. They played great. They lost, but who cares? They play that type of defense, and Bosh plays that aggressive, you have to put together a 1990's all-star team to beat these guys. right now..the results are not what we as Heat fans want, but the team is playing damn good, which means that they will go on a tear soon enough.

Im not a homophobe, don't mind gays at all. I thank many of Phinsationals posts everyday. But it's the denial that is sad, its ok Chris id still want you on the Knicks even though the best part if your day is the post game showers.
