Westbrook picked it up in the end.

I'm going to miss the 20 rebound games by Dwight.

Twitter's elated that Durant did his thing, because the evening's previous hero, RG3, wasn't doing too well at the time.

Pretty excited to see another sold out crowd in Minnesota take on the Heat. Should be a blow out but should be fun to see the Heat on fast breaks and seeing Beasley throw up 30 shots.

So does Mike D'Antoni last the whole year? Because as usual, the Knicks are going nowhere. And no, a PG who hasn't been good since 2007, doesn't fit the Knicks since he has no jumpshot and needs the ball in his hands much like Carmelo and Stoudemire, and was never really that good to begin with (terribly inefficient) won't help them.

Gotta get rid of management as well then. Traded the house for a guy who was going to sign in the offseason anyway. Kill all this year's cap space by throwing out $14 mil a year on a role player who is probably in it for the payday anyway. No bueno.

Wouldn't be such a bad idea. That team is pretty much doomed with the way their roster is built (mediocrity is doomed to me), and they won't be able to improve it much thanks to drastically overpaying for Chandler, and they have the management to thank for it.

In relation to the first part of the question, I hope not. The guy is lost defensively. His comments during last nights laker game only reinforce that notion. Mike Woodson cant be worse.

One thing thats too early to really lay judgment at is how Baron Davis will impact a team. Right now they have injuries to Davis Shumpert and Jeffries who are 3 rotation players and probably your starting backcourt. The team as it is right now is very limited. Fields never meshed well with Anthony post trade. Douglas is a scorer not a distributor so you lack ball movement. Stoudemire still acclimating I think to taking a secondary role. They have no one who can penetrate, cause the d to collapse and dish to open players which at the very least Davis can do that. I am skeptical of Davis because hes been known to slack but hes always played well in MSG.

The melo trade was Dolan's doing. he meddled which is why Walsh isnt there now on a full time basis. I think he did it because Melo was supposedly scared of how the new CBA would break but I agree he needs to go.

The one thing with Chandler is, hes tradeable even at that number. I didnt like the move but its fixable once they realize their mistake. Chandler isnt the problem right now but hes not good enough to be the solution either. At least it appears that way.

We'll see. I've never been much of a Davis fan to begin with, and I don't think he's the right fit for the Knicks. The Knicks had what they needed in Billups. A shooter. Now they have a guy who NEEDS the ball in his hands, and I don't see this working well with 2 guys who need the ball in their hands just as much. I think the problem is, D'Antoni just isn't that good of an offensive mind either. He needs Steve Nash, without him it's iso with Stoudemire/Carmelo while everyone else watches.

As for Chandler, I don't think he's tradeable at that number. Not for full cap relief anyways. You could probably halve his salary though while taking another bad contract.

Thanks to the 2nd unit. Wes Johnson isn't a 2 and is inconsistent shooting wise, Beasley is careless with the basketball, Millicic is also careless with the basketball. Its the same ****ty starting unit from last season.

If we would have just shot average from the FT line, the game does not even go to OT.

    Pacers 3-0 I think now.

Wow- the Wolves played an excellent game tonight, but Spo just made a GREAT call at the end.

Hopefully the Dolphins get a coach of Spo's caliber next year.

Also-- the guy who just got LeBrons kicks at the end of the game is lucky. I'm jealous.

On the lob pass there was a definite foul there on Minnesota.

And as for the charge, it could have went either way IMO.

That **** never would have happen if the refs call charge rather than blocking foul. Momentum is in Minnesota's favor and up by 3 and LEBron lowers his shoulder and CHARGES into Tolliver. Don't give me that **** how it could have gone either way. The call was bull**** but Minnesota can't hit **** from the free throw line and they turn the ball over too god damn much. I enjoyd the game it was very entertaining but that 1 called ruined it.

True but you didn't have 25 turnovers. 2 straight games Minnesota had 25 turnovers and Minnesota has been shooting 73% from the FT line and 60% tonight. Did I mention how much I hate Beasley?

He does a stupid foul on LeBron after he gets a rebound then a min later he puts his arms around LeBron and tries pushing him out of the way and gets called for his 4th foul and he casually laughing to the bench. **** that guy. He did this in Milwaukee did back to back stupid fouls walks over to the bench and just lays down on the floor. Sure glad he is playing hard out there in his contract year.
