Heat got robbed last night..but it doesn't matter.

You gotta make free throws. They lose two games in overtime back to back, and they shoot under 60% from the line in both? good grief.

Officiating was bad but they definitely had their chances.

The worst part was having my roommate stay up to watch the game just to say how the Heat are chokers every time the Clippers scored. He couldn't even name a player on the Clippers to begin with... Douche.

Unless when the Knicks lose, then its fun.

BTW...my god. The MECCA of Bandwagonism was at staples center last night.

Lebron would dunk..the crowd would erupt in cheers....Blake would dunk..the same....bad call one way..jeers..bad call the other way..jeers again.

Then the sea of Heat jerseys and suspicious Clipper Chris Paul jersey's was the dead giveaway.

No sport lends itself more to bandwagonism than the NBA.

the sickening thing was the complaining. just toss both lebron and paul and send a message. the demonstrations and complaining every call is terrible and bad for the league. and everyone does it but it was noticeably bad last night.

I will say this though..the flopping the Clippers did last night was embarrassing.

Te refs have been awful this year, even more so than usual which is really saying something. Horrible officiating in the Knicks-76ers game too. Called some real silly fouls on both teams all night long. I don't want to see a stoppage in play for some ticky tack foul being called on Tyson Chandler nowhere near the play, or Iggy being called for a ticky tack hand check on Melo. Let them play for ****s sake.

Lol I said everyone does it. Roy used to yell everytime he was around the basket. Bad calls are obviously going to happen but the players need to deal with it.

Not so sure that it worked. They did GIVE HIM 21 made FT's.

He averages much less than 21 made FT's.

No Mike D'Antoni is. "Hey guys, lets play some offense. So ill call iso for Melo or Amare every time down" Guy has the offensive imagination of Dave Wannstedt

At least his team plays with some sort of resemblance of, you know, a team. Watching the Wizards makes me want to gouge my eyes out with a rusty fork. From John Wall having a worse jumper than Shaq all the way to Javale McGee actually seriously thinking he has the ability to score in the post. That team does not give a ****.

But thats not all cause of Flip. D'Antoni has talent to work with and still finds a way to watch his team take back to back buttrapings from Memphis and OKC

Man NY is getting handled by the Thunder something serious right now. Celtics got handled earlier. Unless some dramatic changes happen, we're a lock to win this division as far as I'm concerned. The Celtics just need to blow it all up. Including trading Pierce for cap space. Hope for some great draft picks. Build a team around Rondo.

Thats a myth. Its Stoudemire and Chandler that have yet to mesh. During the broadcast the other night they mentioned that Stoudemire is shooting 37% with chandler on the floor and 50%+ without Chandler on the floor. Last year after the melo trade Stoudemire shot 54% in Feb, 50% in March and only in April when Amare was hurt did it drop to 43%. This year when hes on the floor with Melo and without Chandler, Amare is well over 50%

Think he meant that the Knicks haven't played well even with Melo and Amare, not that they individually haven't been playing well together.

This. The reason Stoudemire hasn't been that great is because he's settling for too many jumpers imo.

Think Boik just saw the words "Melo, Amare, playing poorly" and his brain went to auto pilot. With how quickly and efficiently he put that myth to bed, he must have been doing that all off season.

Probably has it pasted on a notepad that he can just copy from.

The point I made is that hes settling for those jumpers because Chandler is limited to the paint area for his range.

Amare's problem is Chandler. it is obvious. Problem is that Chandler is playing well now, and nobody wants Amare's contract.

best case scenario IMO is to try to sell the Nets on the idea of taking Amare and Fields for Deron Williams and Anthony Morrow. Then re-sign Deron.
