These take a long time. I chart every throw, air distance, pressure, average time from snap-to-pressure, personnel package, routes and depth of routes, conversion percentages, video breakdowns, everything about our new QB. This is part one of 3. Part two will be 7 more games and part 3 will be the cumulative finale taking all the advanced metrics in totality and my final report on his rookie season.

Thanks very much for doing the hard work on this Travis. It doesn’t move the needle much on how I feel about Rosen, but the upside looks a little more likely than my initial thoughts.

Fantastic stuff Travis. So much time and work to put this together. I need to know how to value some of these numbers though. Without going through each QBs film, is there any way to reference what the average other QBs have until pressure, what their % of pressure is, and some of the other numbers you worked in these articles.

Yeah I agree with that. All I have is Tannehill and a couple of Brock Osweiler games lol.

How can I see Tannehill's numbers in comparison? Do you have an article you can link me? I realize putting a rookie in a bad situation next to a 7 year vet might be a little much, but it would be a good measuring stick just to see.

You know I do! But I contest that 2018 was the worst year of Tannehill’s career, do we might be competing a turd to a turd lol.

Here’s Tannehill’s 2016 thread when he played the best ball of his career.

Yeah it's called Omar Kelly, Armando Salguero, or any other much more highly compensated journalist covering this team. :tongue2:
