Dolphins Fans Anonymous! Hello My name is Matt... and I am a Dolphins fan I have been a Dolphins fan since the day I was born and have seen the hardships this team has gone through and as a fan felt them for myself. While I may not have been around for the fantastic 70's or the mighty 80's I find myself very fortunate to have at least been born in the early 90's so that I was able to watch Dan the Man toss the ball around. When Dan announced he was retiring I LITERALLY cried, what I didn't know is that my crying wasn't for Dan but rather for the endless decade of turnstile QB's for us. I have given my trust to many players and coaches on this team only to be disappointed on almost every occasion (jury's still out on Henne), now I am asked to not only believe in Joe Philibin but a WR turned QB in Ryan Tannehill. It is a tough road as a dolphin fan and I can assure you that I along with everyone on this forum will continue supporting this team no matter the outcome, but it sure would be nice for us to be rewarded for our patience. Share your stories and relish in the pain, I will be sitting in the wings reading every word that's written... AS USH.
Hello, my name is Larry... and, I'm a Dolphins fan. I share a name with a certain Dolphins Hall of Fame guard, and I have been a fan for about 40 years. I am very excited to see how our new young players... especially Tannehill, Lane, and Miller... mix with our veterans. I'm excited to see if our new coaching staff can rebuild the program into a winning one. I'm excited to watch the team grow. If I can watch them win a few games this season, that'll be all the better. Phins up.
