Then I will put it on DVD and then rip it, and then upload to sendspace. I will hopefully have it done by Wednesday.
Thank you! Please let me know how I can access it when you're done. Can't wait to see this beauty again.
Deb - you're going to be thrilled to see this game. Total domination by us on both sides of the ball.
The guys kept me up-dated in the chat. I was about to go nuts. Their all so sweet tho', aren't they? They take good care of us and are super nice. How ya doing, my friend. Guess I'm still off topic Uh? Maybe they'll forgive me. The guys in this thread are truly the greatest and kindest I've ever had the pleasure to talk with. Mal and Marty come in some and I love that. Marty wasn't in the chat yesterday, wonder where he was? Love ya girl.
All these guys are dolls here. I wasn't in the chat yesterday, either. I was sitting at the Sports Zone thoroughly enjoying the game. I hope Marty was doing the same. I'm good thank you. They took real good care of me yesterday - I had my requisite one glass of red wine and my friends made me eat a salad. It's fine to be off topic occasionally. I don't think anyone will get mad at you for it, my friend.
Hey everyone, Really bummed out here. Last week, I was going down the back porch steps and slipped on the slick step after some rain, and now I am in pain dealing with a sprained ankle and possible knee damage, and looking at possible surgery. Please pray for me at this time. Thanks
You have my prayers my friend. Did that myself 18+ years ago and broke an ankle. Take care and heal well!
Thanks everyone for the prayers and support. Its better than it was but I go for an MRI on Monday. Lets hope it doesn't turn out to be bad news.
It's Sunday again so........... Getting ready to leave for church and wanted to wish all of you a blessed Lords day. My prayers are with each and every one of you. This is the Lords Day Be glad and rejoice in it. Love to all, Debby
Thanks my friends for the warm welcome. I have seen Michael W Smith and Curtis Chapman in the past, and let me tell you that you will be blessed by these two dynamic men. Have you ever seen the video to Michael W Smiths Healing Rain ? If not if its OK I will give a link to my myspace that I really don't use, but the video is there, its a moving video. GB(also)
Well guys, I am not a medical person, so I don't know all of the technical stuff they did today, other than I went in and they put my leg up, and then this big machine went up and down my knee area twice and it was all over. Then we saw the doctor and he said he will know in a couple of days. Just stay off of it as much as possible and keep doing the hot and cold treatments. I hope its gonna be okay
I forgot to say, thanks for all the support and prayers. I am fretting it out and it means a lot to me.
The X-Ray I believe? I don't think it'd be an MRI unless it was that serious. But you have my prayers and hopefully it's not serious.
Kevin you and your knee are in my prayers, trust in the Lord and believe to receive, my good friend. My absolute favorite scripture for your situation is Philippians 4: verse 6. And try James 1, verse 6. This is a time for faith and believing Kevin. Ask with thanksgiving, knowing that He is faithful, willing and has the desire to heal you, and remember by Christ's stripes we WERE healed. You're already as good as healed, just believe to receive it. We will keep you in our prayers as well. God bless you my Spiritual Brother.
I don't honestly know. They said it was to be an MRI, but who knows ? They didn't bring out any B & W pictures. I guess its all up to the doc now. I can't wait for Wednesday !
Thanks so much Mark, bless you sir. Those scripts give me hope and strength. Both of them about keeping faith, and especially the one in Philippians about not being anxious, which is, of course a problem with me, because of my extreme anxiety disorder.
What kind of diagnostic isn't really important as long as it gives your doctors the information neccessary to treat you. My prayer is that the you find healing in your body and peace in your spirit!
Thanks Pastor ! The swelling is now nearly all gone, and just have a lot of black & blue all around my body, that will also slowly go away I guess. Tomorrow is the big day we find out. Keep positive thoughts !
We all pray that the report will be good. The healing you are already feeling suggests that will be the case. But keep in mind that no matter what the report says, God is with you through it all! One of the most bizarre verses of scripture to me is from Psalm 23. "You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies!" I don't want God catering a meal in the presence of my enemies, I want my enemies gone! I want eveil done away with, I want my prayers answered my way! Yet God promises that no matter what it seems like, God is with us, every step of the way. May you feel His presence in all things! Pax Vobiscum! (or) Xapis umiv (hard to do Greek without a Cyrilic keyboard!)
I hope they know what to do. If it's an MRI, they should be able to find out what's wrong and get to it pretty quickly. Good to hear your swelling is down and I pray all that black and blue subsides in due time.
My doctoral program has a component which dictates that I participate in a series of comprehensive exams. These 5 examinations are for a total of nine hours over a two day period answering questions on a computer. Well, this Thursday and Friday, I will be taking these tests which, if I pass, will allow me to begin my dissertation. After I take these tests, I will be brought back in two weeks to give my oral defense of my answers (in front of a panel of professors who wrote these questions). I have been preparing for this tests for a while now, and I asking my family here to please keep me in your prayers this week (especially on Thursday and Friday). I was leaving the library this morning and I was just asking God to help me remember the answers and do to the best of my ability when I started to get nervous and panic. Let's hope it doesn't happen come test day. I'll be posting this in other threads...I need all the prayers and well wishes I can get at the moment. Thanks, all.
