Good interview. Addazio says the additional year was beneficial to the point that he feels Mike was ahead of his Maurkice when they both entered the draft. Says Mike is "absolutely not a follower". Tremendous leadership on the field and in the lockeroom. Excellent position flexibility. He could play right tackle "without a doubt in my mind" and be an effective pass blocker. Says Mike has tremendous passion and football IQ, knows every position on the OL. Addazio says the shotgun snap issues were extremely "overblown, media-driven". "Comical". Says early on Mike was snapping wide due to over-aggression (firing off the ball to pull wide). Says this is not a finesse player. Loves to hit and play physical. That Mike Pouncey was "by far" the best offensive lineman in the country last season.
