Excellent QB and TE situation but very unappealing RB's and WR's. Start trading those TE's and QB's for some better RB's and WR's.

    calphin deadly at 250 yards!!

Should I do that before the season starts? who would you put on the block?

Is that your real team in a league? How many teams, your draft pos., etc.?

QB- top tier there. Kitna is a nice backup

RB- Ricky should be solid, at least for most of the year. Fargas will def lose some action to DMF so that could get ugly. Watson might help you, but Sproles is a long shot. Id try to upgrade if u can, or pick up a rookie sleeper.

WR- I like Welker, unfortunately he just got hurt so youll have to monitor how serious that is. Ginn could be a big sleeper, but not a number 2 guy, same with Jackson. Harrison could be ok but we ll see. Overall your def a little weak there.

TE- Winslow puts up good numbers so thats solid.

D- Would of looked a lot better if they still had Osi.

Overall Id say you have work to do. Aside from Peyton, Winslow, and maybe Welker or Ricky you dont really have many homerun hitters.

I would start sending offers immediately and start searching the FA pool. See what you can get for Kitna, Jackson, Scheffler, and Miller with a combination of anyone from your bench and prioritize managers who look like they have weaknesses at TE and QB. I'd also send some feelers out for any blockbuster trades involving Winslow and Manning to acquire a big name RB and/or WR.

Winslow should fetch you something nice in return. You would be aright with Sheffler and probably be able to pick up another decent TE off the wire if needed. I'd try to package him with a low level WR or RB like Crayton and maybe look for a genuine number 1 WR. Id also drop Tavaris Jackson ASAP and pickup a guy from the waiver wire.

I would honestly look for a package of RBs. I'm talking a big time package of players for Manning.

Some sleeper RBs that may be on your wire are:

Slaton/Chris Taylor(whoever gets the nod after the final cuts) Hou
    Chris Johnson Ten
    Ray Rice Bal

I dont think Bush is worth picking up right now with MCF and Fargas. You should be able to tell after week 1 or 2 if he gets goal line carries and if MCF gets more involved as a WR instead.

Tell me what the QBs on the waiver wire are. That'll give us the best idea.

Id def take a shot on one or more of those other RBs. Any of them will probably be much better off then Sproles.

As far as QBs, Edwards then Russel would be your best bet IMO.

Edwards by far. Pick him up and prepare to use Manning and Winslow to their best in a trade.

Alright now that that's out of the way what WRs are available?

I think Harrison can work as your #2 WR, Welker I don't like but we can work with, and then it's on to the RB core the main weakness.

Keep an eye on Engram. Once he gets back (try to pick him up maybe a week or two before that). He's a solid and consistent WR to have.

The rest are not an improvement over your current guys.

Any team with an overwhelming number of good RBs but crappy QBs?
