NFL Total Access (heads up) - What sophomore QBs "need to work on" Just a heads up. Will try to elaborate once it comes on (baby permitting). Feel free to add to thread. They also have a little TC action coming up (it seems).
I hope he shows some personality, I know he's got one! Instead we will probably get the same ol' PC bull****.

Darlington on the Finsiders says Tannehill has more leadership than Penny. http://www.miamidolphins.com/media/videos/NFL_Network_Report_On_Dolphins_Training_Camp/b201ff40-bb9d-47b1-849d-0e7a93361f17
Dang! That's some pretty high praise there, as from my observations Penny's leadership has always been one of his most known qualities. I do like Darlington a lot, so here's hoping his perspective on it is true. Man, what an exciting time to be a Dolphins fan!
I did like his thoughts about Ryan's knowledge of the offense which leads to his teammates looking for him to lead them.
Tanny handles interviews like a 10-year veteran, which means he doesn't give the media much. (Perhaps he's seen Bull Durham a few too many times?) Hell, Bill Bellichick would love this guy. While I realize this isn't fun for us fans, at least he's not leading off ESPN for all the wrong reasons, like QBs such as Newton and Sanchez have ...
He didn't say more leadership than Pennington, he said more leadership than "Henne had". Comparing to Pennington he said that Ryan's qualities as a leader were different and not the "Rah, Rah" type.
