true very true, Friend PhinVaderBill: Williams is one of the NFL all time greats & a legend in his own time ironically, Ricky doesn't think of himself in these superlatives & is even uncomfortable with this kind of adulation, however merited it be the guy is honestly a very humble & decent human being & a total team player Ricky is the ProvenBull that requires only one accolade: Run Ricky Run!
it is what it is: [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DysNAn68Dqc"]YouTube- The Best Of Ricky Williams[/ame] the RealDeal, Ricky Williams
ironically: 1) in an ironic manner 2) it is ironic, curious or surprising Friend Gish, would you use curiously or surprisingly? What's rare is that I would make a mistake like that in posting. Think before you correct. GoFish!!
I repeat: true very true, Friend PhinVaderBill: Williams is one of the NFL all time greats & a legend in his own time ironically, Ricky doesn't think of himself in these superlatives & is even uncomfortable with this kind of adulation, however merited it be the guy is honestly a very humble & decent human being & a total team player Ricky is the ProvenBull that requires only one accolade: Run Ricky Run!
I think that the PerfectStorm is the ultimate Parcellian Running Game pounding the run up the middle with L.Hilliard & R.Williams behind M.Polite might even say the guy can be down right rude @ times
impolite /// M.Polite /// u.b.polite nothing polite about getting run over by this guy in a word: down right M-Polite get it?
Friend Aqua4Ever04: express yourself be creative communicate be happy & get down! welcome to Dolfandom. when you elaborate, celebrate
Irony is not synonymous to being contrary to popular belief, or what one might presume. Irony would be if Ricky practiced yoga to keep from getting injured, and was then injured while practicing yoga.
look up the definition before you post, then try to understand the context in which I used the word ironically, according to the Merriam/Webster dictionary it is correct. I posted the word for word definition for you, right out of the dictionary. curiously, I find myself trying to defend you, surprisingly, with so little tact. Ironic? if you want to pursue the discussion, lets do so privately. I have the greatest respect for you as a fellow poster & friend. I don't want a misunderstanding to sour our relationship or muck up the board. GoFish!
Picture it. You are an outside linebacker. The ball is snapped and this huge sonofabitch wearing number 77 gives you a shot that has you backpedaling. As you're off balance, this human bowling ball ironically labeled "Polite" smacks into you and knocks you on your ***. Then here comes Ricky bursting through the hole where you are supposed to be, runs over you, and he's gone. It has to be an extremely unpleasant experience, especially since when you go back to the sidelines wearing the indentations from Ricky's cleats, your coach starts yelling at you on national TV. It's almost cartoonish.
Im looking at the video clip, and it looks like the Bills, Denver and the Seahawks were victims of the RW freight train. Im glad to see Ricky back in the spotlight, and bringing fear in teams that we will play. In one week, the Phins have a new additude. There was no gimmicks from the start. We told everyone we will pound the rock down your neck. But now, we will smash it through your skull. The 2009 Phins are back from the dead, and looking for blood. I hope Ronnie is back with us soon. We need him. But his BFF is PISSED!
love when M.Polite Head-Butts & stumps on people he knocks down, most disconcerting for the other team
Run Ricky Run! once again will reverberate through out the N.F.L. can't wait to hear the chant @ our next home game
Rumor? Is Ricky Williams injured? I've been looking at Ricky Williams status on espn and they are saying that he had been dinged up. Anyone hear about this?
heard he got dinged up on our next to last offensive series against Carolina, but nothing elaborated I don't think it was anything that would limit him against Buffalo or something would have been said
trick now is to resign Ronnie to a reasonable contract asap (2009) we need to run Ricky & Ronnie in Tandem in 2010 to help carry the load may well be that if Ronnie doesn't return, Williams will retire
Just keep on drinking the Evolv, Ricky. You know what it does! Too bad there are those narrowminded folks and naysayers out there, huh? That game against the Saints....well.....speaks for itself!
no bigger Ricky Williams fan in all of Dolfandom than me 1) yes, Ricky can run for a number of years right @ the top. question is will he want to do so w/o Brown in Tandem? in some ways he's hard to predict. Ricky & Ronnie are friends & have a splendid working relationship & Williams is not motivated by money only when it comes to his life style choices. in earlier interviews Ricky indicated this would be his last year in the NFL. we shall see. 2) as good as Ricky Williams remains & given that he can still carry a team by himself, will he really want to do that for the rest of his football career? I really don't know, however, he could. only time & circumstance will tell. 3) Ronnie Brown got a lucky break (pun intended) w/ the broken foot. they probably were not willing to negotiate a contract with a healthy Ronnie Brown. he probably would have been let go. this would have been terrible on two levels: Ricky & Ronnie are the best Tandem in the NFL & both are legitimate starters anywhere in the NFL. Now, a contract can probably be negotiated w/ a more approachable Ronnie Brown, that the TriFecta can live with (w/o breaking the bank). I would like to see them sign Brown as soon as possible in the mean time: Run Ricky Run! we have no problem running the ball: the PerfectStorm is on the horizon: Hillard & Williams running behind M.Plite
I love all the different fonts etc. you use 23rd. BUT, we are NOT fish, we are Dolphins. Only our enemies call us fish. Sorry, but I had to say it. I hate that squish the fish junk other team fans spew at us.
chris johnson? Run Ricky (right over top of johnson) Run! Friend DolphinDebby: forgive me. bad habits die hard. it is very difficult for me to accommodate you with this one, I love to use: GoFish! it, somehow, just feels good to me to say GoFish! trust me I say it in a good way, not a bad way
