Luckily, it looks like the investment is going to pay off. That whole portion of SE is revitalized with shops and money. Before it was just Marines walking around with shotguns. Some really nice brunch spots over there now. They have that new shopping center too. And now that them boys have a serious team. Nationals Stadium has that entire part of the city jumping.
OB2. Phins/Canes multiplex..why put 300 mill into a morgue when you can double it with your own money and recapture the crowd, the city, and both programs culture.
