weird, what happened to the illegal contact penalty after they over-ruled on gronkowski's td? they played 3rd and 16 the next play. thats ****ed up, or is it off-setting penalties? although the previous play was 3rd and 11.
brady was out of the pocket so they picked up the flag, even though on the play, they declined the penalty. i didnt think penalties were reviewable.
They declined the penalty, and went to the TD, so when the play was overuled, the penalty was dead no?.......Because they originally declined it?
if the play was overuled then they should have the option to accept or decline the penalty, right? but, i didnt think you could call a penalty on a review.
