One of the reasons we had such a horrible offensive line this season is that our Offensive Line coach had never worked in the NFL before. Like Sherman and Tannehill the only qualification for their employment was befriending Joe Philbin. He found the best guys for the job. It’s time for this Pee Wee league "buddy system" mentality to end in Miami and it starts with Joe Philbin. If Philbin is going to continue to hold the franchise hostage employing his buddies than it’s time for Ross to clean house. Joe Philbin is not acting professionally and it is showing everywhere from our scandals to our playoff implosion. Ireland was also unqualified and was "Buddy" of Tuna. This needs to end! Ross' track record in switching head coaches hasn't been a good one either. Remember what he did to Tony Sparano? Remember that whole Harbaugh fiasco? That was one of the most classless displays by an owner I have ever seen. If something doesn't change fast they are gong to turn this franchise into a circus. What this team needs to regain its glory is NOT: an absentee owner or runs other business 4 states away, under qualified coaches and coaching job "buddy system"patronage. We need a local owner who understands the NFL, knows how it works and he needs to hire coaches with a proven track record of winning a super bowl. Can you imagine what must be going through Shula's head?? Off camera he has to be laughing himself silly. Ross and his batch of clowns is turning one of the most successful and classiest sports franchises of all time into a laughing stock.
