In what has turned into a very busy offseason for the Pittsburgh Steelers, they continued their makeover during the past week with three big trades and one smaller one. First, they traded away former NFL Defensive player of the year James Harrison to the Ravens for a 1st round pick and DE Trevor Pryce. The Steelers then went and filled their biggest hole by adding top cornerback Corey Webster from the Giants in return for Heath Miller. The Steelers then went on to make possibly their most crucial trade of the offseason when they acquired QB, Kevin Kolb from the Eagles for a first round pick (the one obtained from the Jets), and a fifth. The season, and future of the Steelers may rest on this move as Kolb has shown flashes of great things, but is inexperienced and a bit of a gamble. The Steelers also made a smaller move in sending Keyaron Fox to the Dolphins for a sixth round pick. When asked to assess the week of trades and if he was done dealing, new GM Sports24/7 had this to say: What will be next for this team with a gunslinger of a GM? We'll have to wait and find out. Regardless of how it plays out, if the past two weeks are any indication, we know it will be a fun ride.
