    What a dumbass - take a cab home if you're too drunk to drive. Would have saved two lives.

    Looks like prison to me. This reminds me of the show Oz, the lawyer Tobias was locked away for 15 years or something for the same offense. Not that that has any bearing on reality but I'm sure they could convict him of involuntary manslaughter or something similar.
