Hartline is going to be great. His work ethic and his desire to improve is second to none. I wouldn't be surprised to see him in the Pro Bowl this year.
This offense should be difficult for any team to reckon with. It's cool to think Ricky Williams has persevered through it all to remain the only player on the squad from the time he quit. If this is his swan song season, I hope we send him out with a ring. C'mon Nolan, all we need is a top ten D!
While I applaud the enthusiasm, I'd say it's probably a little too optimistic to hope for. Like you I'm a huge Hartline fan But with WRs like: Reggie Wayne Randy Moss Vincent jackson Andre Johnson Brandon Marshall Hines Ward Wes Welker Chad Ochocinco I just don't know that Brian Hartline is going to outshine these guys - at least not yet.
Ronnie and Ricky have NEVER run consistently against a fair front while they have been Miami Dolphins...translation?.....fools are gonna get pounded this year, no doubt in my mind.
I think BH will have 80+ receptions and 8 TDs. Maybe not Pro Bowler, but one of the best #2s in the league.
