    Nice read for sure. Its important for your players to be able to fill multiple roles, especially your depth guys. Every roster spot then gets taken up by the player that can best help the team in more than one role. Especially those positions like FB or TE. IF they cant excel at special teams too, theyre almost a "wasted" roster spot. Same with your 3rd running back, he needs to be a good special teams player too, if not he may never see the field anyways. You have to be able to maximize the use out of every roster spot available

    I'm all for getting the best special teams player to play ST. He can then be the third option where ever they play.
