I even managed to get a question for Sparano onto the air. In retrospect, I don't know why I asked it. His answer was what I expected he reaffirmed that he is the one in control and calling the shots. Hell, I figured after QB-coach Lee's success with Romo, plus this regime specifically going out to get him, then Lee and Beck putting in SO much work together this offseason, that Lee's recommendation would be Beck's best chance for the regime to give him a chance as the starter. Now I wish I'd just asked Sparano if the slow economy has caused a drop in player performance. Bpk
