Hoping that developmental league kicks off.

Interminable NBA playoffs just do not do much for me.

In terms of where we might be drafting... Thats the only reason I care about this game. Would also like to see Bush eclipse 1,000 yards again. I also can't remember the last game when Tannehill threw a pick but he's got a nice little streak going so i'd like to see him finish strong as well.

    -Bush 40 yds for 1k
-Thigpen 2 yds for 1k KO return yds, he also has a shot at leading the league in Avg per return (he's #2 atm and #2 in punt return avg)
-Burnett needs 2 tackles to top 100
-3 Td's ties THill with MMoore last yr
-Wake is 5 sacks behind Watt for the league lead

THill could also break into the top 20 in passing yds

Shades of the 2005 season that ended with 6 in a row and a win over New England. Sports Illustrated picked Miami to win the Super Bowl the next year

09 was good as well, we got JT back, Pennington was the Qb and we took Pat White to bolster the wildcat.

I believe it will be a close game, not sure who will win.

I believe that because of coaching, and what Philbin said he was going to do this week to the players..

I would expect to see the full potential of what this particular club can do.

I'll admit that I didn't expect much the year Pennington was signed. Our schedule was quite soft considering the dreadful teams we lucked out playing, and we still barely made the playoffs that year despite Tom Brady being injured for the season. If you ask me that team was as fools gold as it can get, and it showed once we played Baltimore in the playoffs.
In my opinion we haven't really had a good year in a long long time and we certainly are due for one. I can't get excited about us possibly beating New England and ending the year on a high not because i've seen this movie too many times before.
Free agency....We all know we aren't going to sign any big name player. Mike Wallace, Dwayne Bowe, and Greg Jennings aren't walking through that door. We will probably be relegated to the usual Gibril Wilson/Richard Marshall signing that we do every year. Charlie Peprah and L.P Ladouceur sound about right to me. They are both from Dallas:). On offense we are probably looking at TE John Phillips (also from Dallas). So..NO...there isn't really **** to be excited about therefore I don't care about this game against the Patriots. I mean come draft day we will probably pass on Keenan Allen and go for a right tackle (yay) seeing how Jake Long is leaving.

This game means nothing to me except that it is an end to yet another mediocre season fill with mediocre play on a mediocre team. It gets better...I'm a Sixers fan for basketball.

And we had some new guy named Wake from the CFL and several people swore he could never play in the league:

    "This ain't the CFL!"

Ah, that was a fun time, Henne came in and lit up the scoreboard, the win vs the Jest on MNF.

Don't wanna rain on anyones parade but we could get annihilated in this game. We go couple of scores down and with our players having nothing but pride to play for, plus Billicheat loves running up the score this could get nasty. Sometimes a fall comes before pride as the saying goes. Hope I'm wrong but this game isn't about the Phins making any kind of statement.

I will not be at all upset or surprised if New England tunes us up in this game. Bush gets his 1k, No picks from tannehill please and no injuries and i'll be all for a 38-14 ramming to end the season.

Noteworthy: Receiver Davone Bess (back) was ruled out for the third straight week. Cornerback Nolan Carroll (knee) is questionable, as is defensive tackle Randy Starks, who has missed practice time because of his mother’s death. The Patriots listed 20 players as questionable; coach Bill Belichick likes to over-do the injury list to tweak the NFL for its requirement to report injuries. The 20 include tight end Rob Gronkowski (forearm) and cornerback Aqib Talib (hip).

I know it always comes down to the talent evaluation doesn't it ? Hopefully someone new is doing that for us by 2014.

Yep its all about talent evaluation, and yes I am beating it into the ground. Because it's the truth, and blind homers need to finally see it.

A win (like over the Jets last year) to close the season would leave a good taste in my mouth. It's always a good thing to see Brady & Bellicheat frustrated and scowling on the sidelines.

I hear ya brother, but somehow this guy has a teflon coating it seems. Nothing that goes wrong is ever his fault. The talent on the team is at best "collectively" mediocre (hence the 7-9 or 8-8 record) and yet the blind homers never want to blame him.

I hear ya, but boy wouldn't it be nice to be the beginning of the reason it leads to Brady retiring ? A loss tomorrow could start him down that path......that would be exciting.

But I hear ya about being boring. But look who is putting together the talent on offense - he's not exactly Mr Excitement.

I'd just like to see us win to build some momentum going into next year and end on a high note, also you know that if we screw over the Pats seeding, thats going to eat at Bellicheat.

Myself right now I think Tannehill has shown more. For one Philbin has slowly taken the handcuffs off of Tannehill. Henne never showed enough to let out.

I care a lot. It's the last game of the season and I'd love to avoid a losing record. Great test as well playing on the road against the kings of the division and conference.

This is always a sad week for me knowing this is it until the summer, but at least the off-season will be very entertaining.
