    I'm willing to bet slumdog won't win best picture despite the fact its a good movie....

    I wouldn't bet against them. Slumdog by winning the SAG cast award last night puts it in the catagory that I believe that of the last 10 best picture Oscar winners 9 of them won the SAG cast award too.
