Three stand out to me: The Hook and Lateral against the Chargers in 80's MNF, Bears vs Dolphins, the catch for a TD after the ball was tipped at the line. Lamar Smith's TD run in the playoffs, that was simply awesome.
My favourite moment comes from '87 I think - it was the first year at Joe Robbie and the fins came back from a couple of TD's down to the Redskins - Marino hit Duper with about 2 mins left just inside the goal line for his 3rd of the day (think he was being covered by Todd Bowles - our new DB coach I think ) but the throw was pinpoint and I can remember Dupe just looked at the ball as if it hit in the hands before he'd actually looked for it - the anoucers were going mad!
One play I have always remembered is Csonka's last year with us and against the Pats on a Monday night game late in the year he scored his 3rd TD in a easy win to help cap out a triumph return for him as a Dolphin. The team wasn' very good that year but the same can't be said for Zonk - he had 837 yds and 12 TD's that year(1979). EDIT: I did a little research and found the game I was referring to, it was not a Monday night game but a Thursday night game instead and Zonk scored on three one yard runs and the one I remember most was his last of course in that game. I still remember Cosell just drooling over him - and I liked it! http://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/score.cgi?id=CsonLa00 It was on 11/29/79. Scroll down.
