    If you look at Fede on the play the tackle (79?) has his hands up by Fede's face as well; it even looks like he was grabbing Fede's face mask or maybe his chinstrap. It sure looks like he could have been called too.

    Shelby has gotten better this offseason, took better care of his body, trained harder..quicker, stronger.

    Hell yeah. Think of it as a corner jamming a wide receiver. Can't happen beyond 5 yards I believe (and it can't be a hold or anything like that).
