First off, rest in peace to all who passed away on this days years ago and I hope the victims families are doing well. Second, it's going to be a great Saturday of games. No need to go through them, as I'm sure everyone is aware of them, but which games are you guys looking forward to the most? Me being a Canes fan, I'm with the OSU-Miami game. Miami better win. I won't bring up the last time they played for the sake of this thread. We need to cover the seam, contain Pryor in the pocket and let our players make plays on offense. Brandon Harris, Miami cornerback, I like quite a bit. He has some issues but he reminds me of Phillip Buchanon. He needs to play well, as does Demarcus Van Dyke. I'm looking forward to everyone else's thoughts.
and OSU today for me, I see it as a classic case of the Edge of the Defense and pressure up the middle determining the outcome. The 'Canes, to win, will have to show more discipline than they typically have under Randy Shannon, this is a big test for where they are in a nuts and bolts football sense. FSU and Oklahoma seems like a good game, but with Bradford gone, and the Coaching situation ironed out in Tallahassee, I suspect it will not be a close game. Alabama v PSU, on paper it would seem like a good contest, but Clark is gone for PSU and they are a very young team on the road in Tuscaloosa one of the most hostile environments in College Football, it would not surprise if that is also a laugher.
I agree lets enjoy the game(s) and not try to emberass ourselves by making excuses 8 years later on a penalty that DID HAPPEN! Either way great games today looking foward to FSU/OK, interested to see how Tennessee responds at home vs Oregon, Penn State @#1 Bama and ofcourse the U coming to the Shoe...... CFB is off to a great start with some unreal games thus far and likely a few more today.
I'm following ECU vs. Memphis as I've got quite a lot of money on ECU -13. It's 35-10 ECU at halftime, so I'm looking dandy.
Wow Pryor, that was a bad pass for even you! We got the field position, no more than one first down now.
Berry (from FLA) just gave away a chance for is first KR TD as a Buckeye.... Meanwhile Pryor looks pretty bad.
Harris is playing well thus far. DeMarcus Van Dyke still scares me a bit. He just doesn't look comfortable out there at times.
Not sure either Back to the U vs OSU game I have to say that TD could be enough to win the game if Pryor plays the way he is playing
If you dont believe me then pretend your not a Cane fan, go look at the pic I posted then admidt your mistake and move on to this fine football game... PS. Our PR coverage has been forced to change...wow wtf.
