There's been a bunch of rumors that the Skins are hot for Santonio Holmes. I think the loss of Santonio would cripple the jet offense. We all know that Sanchez is an average QB (with a lot of dropped INT luck), surrounded by a top-5 offensive line and excellent skill players. He really benefitted from all those quick slants to Santonio. Santonio is easily the best weapon offensive roster. If they lost him, it would really sting the jets. C'mon Snyder, throw the checkbook at Santonio!
I think that would just prompt them to go for V.Jackson, S.Rice, Moss, etc. Either way, the Jets do not plan on hampering their offense like that without taking corrective actions. They value WRs too much to let something like that happen.
It'd be nice if the Dolphins could upgrade their team so we, as fans, don't have to hope the opposition loses their players. Instead, Miami could just kick their ***. Wait, Miami already kicks the Jets ***. Nevermind.
Excellent point. However, even if the jets went 2-14, I would still hope they lose their best player on offense.
