Lots of people are saying it... Can this be the first year in a while where there are no excuses for the OL?
Kilgore’s on the ground a lot. Athlete looks sloppy for space play Probably my biggest concern o line wise.
I've always...ALWAYS said that offensively, everything...EVERYTHING becomes with the offensive line. If our OL is indeed fixed and is up to par, we're going to be in for quite a treat! If Tannehill is given the time to set, go through his progressions and step cleanly into his throws...if the OL opens consistent holes for our running backs...then we're going to see a huge improvement in the overall offensive play and points on the board. Bottom line however, we have to execute on first down and put ourselves in 2nd and short situations. In the post Marino era, we've not done well on 3rd and long and has been killing our offense.
For tannehill to do that, he will need full confidence on his knee first and then the offensive line second. Daunte Culpepper never was able to step into his throws with the confidence he had in minnesota during his time with us.
