I love me some Tanny. I would just love it more if his awareness of the rush could improve also :)

Still getting hit too much, can you imagine if he had some time?

At least we know what we have to target this offseason.

It would look alot like that last drive, every drive IMO if he did. When he's got time, he's deadly it seems. Especially with this cast of WR's

Yeah, he is still holding on to the ball too long, not sensing the pocket, throwing off the back heel. Maybe all that is beneficial in keeping the plays simple and conservative.

He did well with the prevent. It looks like he's got the 2-min offense down.

Tannehill took a big step today, yes he holds on to the ball too long and takes way too many sacks, but he showed when the money is on the table, he can produce that 4th qtr. drive and get it in the end zone.

If we put an OL in front of him and he gets a half second longer to throw, Tanny is going to be deadly. We got ourselves a franchise QB in the making.

OT but I just can't go without pointing out a lot of credit is going to have to be given for this to his coaching, meaning Philbin and Sherman.

Taking everything into consideration, his experience in college, his 2nd year in the pros you have to like what he's doing. He was 7-9 last year, 3-0 so far 10-9 for us. Considering what we were before he got there thats pretty good. He's getting better all the time too which is encouraging. The Saints defense has been playing well its a big game for him and us.

I would like them to target something right now actually. See if some team that isn't doing so well is willing to trade away a good guard for a 2nd/3rd round pick. Has to be above average obviously.

Quick takes: Tannehill outplays opposing QB for 2nd week in a row
After outshining Indianapolis headliner Andrew Luck in last week’s win against the Colts, Ryan Tannehill showed up Atlanta star Matt Ryan in today's 27-23 win.

Tannehill will eclipse Marino as a Frachise QB as we dominate the AFCe throughout the next decade.

It just seems like he's only got enough time to go to 1-2 reads and doesn't have the time to even think about option 4.

Easy there. I don't expect him to be the best ever.
It would be nice but lets settle for "Pretty Good" for now.

This game was a big step. He has left that reputation of not closing out games behind him.

It was a question mark coming out of college.

Less so now. Though our D certainly helped bail him out after that INT and STs bailed him out after the failed drive.

This kid can NOT be rattled!

THAT'S my biggest take-away from our games so far. 14 sacks in 3 games? WTF? Crazy! But he still has the umph to get it done late, with confidence and STELLAR play.
