http://www.vancouversun.com/sports/Grice+Mullen+returns+adding/1879423/story.html RGM, one of the CFL imports, imho is in line to be this year's Chris Williams without the boneheaded stuff, but he is only one guy competing for that role Tristan Davis and Kory Sheets and maybe Julius Pruitt.
Gotta nice little crew of backs on our practice squad hey brother, Parcells tryin to find his little megget.
On the cheap at that, what strikes me about RGM and Lumbala and even Tsoumpas is they mirror guys we already have on the roster. RGM is a faster version of DBess. Megget was a Rb coming out of WVa, and he was tough as nails, not sure about RGM's toughness but as a returner he does turn out 4.4 40's. So does Tristan Davis and Julius Pruitt and Korey Sheets and..Ted Ginn is going to face some competition this TC for his best role.
Well, look at it this way, there are 4 guys on the roster right now who can return kicks, who have proven they can return kicks, add in the draft, and it could be 5 or 6 guys. All gunning for Ted Ginn and DBess's return jobs, imho the message could not get any clearer to Ginn.

The more KR's we add to the roster, the better chance for us to finally get rid of Ginn Also wonder if Chris Williams will be brought back to training camp for another shot? He isn't signed by anyone.
There are only X number of opportunities to go around R&R, even now with 4 guys challenging for the Returner job someone is going to have to show what they can do quickly in order to move into the Top 2 to challenge Ted Ginn.
No one's job is set in stone and I am sure Sparano would tell you that. He didn't name Henne the starter in 2010 even though most can guess he will be. These guys you are bragging up are just camp fodder. I bet most won't make it through September.
One of the Ted Ginn supporters chimes in. Recall, in 08 Ginn had his best season at Wr when he was taken off of Return duties, do keep in mind "Ginn no longer returning kicks" does NOT mean "Ginn will be outta Miami". As for bragging up, not particularly, I do believe Tsoumpas can stick, RGM has a real shot and Lumbala is camp fodder or a PS player. I do think we will see Traning Camp 2008 redux, pretty much every player had better show something because there will be open competition for starting jobs all over the place, from G to S to KR. BTW griddles, do you watch the CFL stuff on youtube to get a feel for these players? I ask as a legit question not as some kind of swipe, alot of those cats are showing up in the NFL nowadays.
