Robert Griffin III, not Wilson, was the rookie quarterback named to the NFC Pro Bowl team. But it’s Wilson, not Griffin, who’ll play in the game. Griffin is rehabbing a major knee injury suffered in a playoff loss to Wilson’s Seahawks. Wilson is now replacing Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan, who suffered a shoulder injury in Sunday’s NFC title game. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2013/01/21/russell-wilson-makes-it-to-the-pro-bowl/
Deej wanted this guy so bad pre-draft. Thing is, without Carroll I don't know if this happens. It's a perfect fit. Right player. Right coach. I can only hope we say the same of Tannehill after next year.
