While being a power run team, the likes of Washington and Carolina when Henning was there doesn't require a 'Marino' type QB, it certainly requires a serviceable one. At this point, none of the three guys have shown that quality, but in their favor, it's still early in camp. As you were implying, the ability of the QB is important in this offense, just not as important as the OL and RBs...I don't think the article implied that we don't need a QB though...
