I was thinking about this well before the game started, and I wanted some peoples opinions. I think we can all agree that the offensive line consistently run blocked well last night. My question is, was it the offensive line that improved, or was it the fact that they were going up against a physically smaller defense? In other words, should we be excited about our run blocking, or realize it was just a match up favored for us?
Don't get me wrong, I am giving credit to the O-line. But should we expect a more consistent running game from now on against every team? I don't expect to rush 200+ yards every game, but just rushing it more consistently when we need to.
