Tough s***. Donovan McNabb got the same treatment when he was drafted and he turned out ok. Ginn is soft, mentally and physically, and in the world of football, that's not qualities you'd want in player.

    I completely disagree.

Ginn was riding WAVES of confidence after the first and 2nd Jets games this year. He followed both of those games up with absolute STINKERS.

After the first Jet game this whole fan base was willing to give Ginn a chance at WR. Since, he has done just about zero.

And do you really think all he's lacking is confidence? Really?

Let me get this straight. This thread went from Boldin, to Ginn, to the Jonas Brothers?

You better hope Boldin isn't reading this thread! He will never sign with us after what you have done!!

i like boldin, but his injury history has me balking if the trade came down to a first-round pick.

EDIT: sorry for derailing the thread talking about boldin, lol

Seeing how the Trio loves to build picks and the history of how Parcells dislikes injury prone players. I just can't see us making a move for Boldin.

On the Ginn subject. Is he producing like the #9 pick in the draft? No. When we drafted him we all knew he was going to be a project and like the majority of project players in the NFL he has fallen short of expectations. Am I happy we drafted him over Brady Quinn? You bet your *** I am. He's looked terrible.

And every time Ginn turns that corner and cuts up field I stand up with excitement. Bottom line, I'm still thrilled to have him on this team.

I'm not sure how much I'd give up for Boldin despite how great our need is for that kind of receiving target. My first choice is still Marshall.

With regards to Ginn, he's been a project but I still think he can be salvageable especially if he's used correctly. I think if we can put him opposite a true #1 and he can adjust to Henne and get back to catching with the same consistency he showed the first two years, then he'll be a guy that wins us 3 or 4 games each year as a WR and KR. There's a lot of value in that.

Boldin's injury history scares me a bit.

I'd take Boldin for some good value...not the 1st and 3rd that was rumored last year. Put Boldin in our training regimen and I don't see the little injuries popping up. Our program is designed to specifically get away from that.

You can't get away from torn rotator cuffs, torn ACL's, broken feet, etc. But how many games does our team lose guys from a sprained ankle, hamstring issue, torn biceps/triceps, etc. It just doesn't happen much.

I'm all for Anquan, Brandon Marshall, etc. We need a solid WR.

Anquan Boldin = David Boston. Not worth the chance with his injury history IMO.
