Rule changes

Basically college replay rules now? They need a ref in the booth to do it quickly.....or else let the ref ride a segwey or something to the replay booth.

I like the OT rule applying to reg season.

 

this is official? I like both changes if that's the case.

 

Vote on changing trade deadline to week 8 pushed to May, but looks to be done.

 

I like it,the review process seems to work a little quicker in the college game so hope is it works for the NFL too.The OT change makes it interesting also.

I like the overtime change, it never felt right to me to have different OT rules between post and regular seasons.

I'm (pleasantly) surprised that the horse collar exemption on quarterbacks wasn't changed.

 

U still can't hit the qb before or after the snap.
