Cowboys LB Greg Ellis says Roy Williams told him he felt like he didn't fit in Wade Phillips' defensive scheme.
Ellis also said that he's bothered by the way Williams has been isolating himself from teammates, and that Williams "just doesn't fit what's going on here in Dallas right now."

Roy Williams needs to man up, I think his life expectancy in Big "D" is rather short, but whining will not help....

Williams is a hard fit in ANY defense. A defensive back that cant cover at all is a liability for any team. I think unless someone is willing to take a shot at him at LB he wont catch on anywhere. Always been overrated imo. The Pacman trade and Mike Jenkins pick were great for Big D. Anthony Henry and Ken Hamlin will be a good S tandem, with Newman, Pacman and Jenkins at the corner spots. Thats not bad.

Hey Roy, why dont you go horsecoller yourself some ball skills?

Hey the guy had a penalty rule named after him so he's got that to hang his hat on. Can't stick with his own shadow but hey he got the rules in the NFL changed.
