Thought I'd kick off a thread for the Rookies. Here are some pics I ran across. And for the Tebow fans:
It's the same thing that Parcells did in Dallas, the rookies didn't earn their star until they made the roster.
LOL! COME ON!!! LMAO!!! Do I need to even say anything about the QB????? LLLLLLOOOOOOOOOLLL!!!!!!!!!!!!
My son goes to school at nova southeastern, where miami trains, no one is allowed to watch but he did so looking thru a fence but got told he had to leave. So he went up to second floor of parking garage and someone saw him and asked him to leave there too. He went back downstairs and told the guard who told him to leave earlier, that he will watch them with the guard. Guard said parcells will fire me if I let u do that. Maybe they think the jets have some spies lurching? Lmao.
The rookies attending training camp and tryout players are: K Parker Douglas, P Aaron Perez, WR Ryan Grice-Mullen, WR Julius Pruitt, WR Marlon Moore, RB Tristan Davis, FB Mick Turner, S Nate Ness, DB Jonathan Amaya, FB Rolly Lumbala, T Dan Ryan, LS Andy Huffman, LS Andy Leavine, OL Kris Doura, DT, Vince Oghobasse, WR Isaiah Williams, DE Alex Field. Quotes from Tony Sparano after practice today (via Twitter @MikeBerardino) Came in at 6 am, four linebackers were in there in film room, "coach, how do we turn this thing on?" "Right now they're in 40 yard dash, broad jump shape" Sparano said he thought Jerry moved well on left during Senior Bowl and Incognito is more a RGM (via @DavidJNeal) Sparano said they want to get Reshad Jones as many reps as possible at free S, Clemons, too.
I won't lie, and without shame I admit, I almost cried, when I read 4 rookies were already in the film room when Coach got there. For that reason alone, our draft should get an A+.
video of first practice is up on miamidolphins.com http://www.miamidolphins.com/aquavision/video/rookie-mini-camp-day-1-practice-highlights
But they couldn't figure out how to turn the film machine on. I wonder how different the game film machines in college are to the ones in the NFL.
Who cares, you can practice turning on film machines. Getting rookies who show up early to watch tape is what makes greatness.
i can see the future now. dick takes the ball under center dick scrambles in the pocket dick fires one off deep
You're right. First impressions are that they want to get in there and learn. I hope they keep that mindset.
Anyone else notice that Tebow's returned to his college throwing motion in that picture? Its long windup will get the DB's in the AFC West salivating.

judging by the tight security mentioned above, i'll bet you need a retinal scan to turn the machine on... maybe their eyes aren't in the system yet?
I believe the dude with the ball cap on is ex Giants DEfCord and current Dolphins Lb's Coach Bill Sheridan. Dude with the white shirt/slicked back hair is Joe Rose I "think".
