Yes, I was thoroughly surprised by the pick. Living in Alabama, and watching the draft at a bar, everyone let out a groan. Very distraught over the pick. Then when Tebow was drafted by the Broncos I thought, well at least McClain will still get to hit Tebow twice a year. It was 2 seconds later I realized the folly of my thought. Tebow will never see the field.

I know the Giants' fans at the draft were floored! LMAO...

ON Morrison, doesn't fit what we look for honestly. He has been hit with the not strong enough vs the run tag.

The only thing shocking about it is that it was a good solid pick. Maybe a bit to high a selection but still very solid player.

Good pick by the raiders and no i wasnt shocked at all by that pick they dont like Morrison all that much and this guy is going to take his spot

yeah i definitely texted my friend whose a raiders fan and said "hey, that pick didn't suck!"

I only hope that McClain doesn't waste the first five years of his career in Oakland before he can move on to a decent team. Oakland has some talent now and could do something. But it's Oakland. I feel bad for Rolando because he is a difference maker and a leader. He will have a succesful NFL career but only if he makes it out of the black hole.

The raiders might be moving to some 3-4 with all the linebackers they are stockpiling.

I was baffled by Al Davis' sudden connection to reality..... he must have fell asleep at his desk and let the custodian make that pick.
