For those of you who couldnt catch his interview with mandich tonight, it gave me chills..

Point blank, fully focused, with one objective, he said his resolution was to be a better football player next year then this year, stronger, more productive, more serious, and more emphasis on using his intelligence, to take the leadership role of this team, he say's it time.

He talked about his heroe's {bo jackson walter payton} how much he loves the game, and gave us some insight on what it feels like to be a great football player.

I missed the first part but if anyone else heard it i would love to know what else he said..

He's gonna be on the ronnie brown show in a bit so i'll keep you posted. on what they both say.

The black demon wants to fully focus on football and become better...what?..:yes:

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Ronnie brown says our team lacks passion and we need to become more passionate, and not worry about the paychecks...not a lot of guys he said, but a few, and that can become a cancer, and effect chemistry...directly affecting the enthusiasm of some players, thus causing us coming out flat and unemotional in some games.

OOOOOH..Ronnie brown dissin the jets because they mocked the wildcat, and now are running their offense thru it...quote "when we beat the crap out of them next year, we dont wanna hear no BS from the jets and their linebackers"

All I can say is "wow"

Would love to know who those players are he refers to and if the FO also is aware of this and what they plan on doing about it.

Coming out flat in those last 3 games is why we missed the playoffs....

I cant believe the jets made the playoffs. They deserve a shot at a title as much as Detroit does.

Yeah Gish, it chaps my ***... LOL! The only team I truly despise gets a shot! I hope NE or whoever they play kicks the snot out of them!!

Ronnie will be a Dolphins legend! Next year, when Henne has the weapons and the NFL doesn't screw us with our schedule we're gonna dominate!!!

didnt screw us, prod of our finish lst yr.

the final carnage and phase of the triage plan takes place this offseason. if ronnie knows the triage knows. Consider Sparano's coment, "we dont tolerate ?mediocrity, losing" somthin 2 that affect.

    If I had to GUESS...as in GUESS...as in I don't know...but I'm GUESSING, I would say:

Joey Porter (Knows he's lost a step)
Justin Smiley (Benched - Coach's Decision)
    Matt Roth (Nuff Said)
    Vernon Carey (Some Apathetic performances)
Gibril Wilson (Prolly pissed from playing out of position)

I think it would more than likely be Defense, because Ronnie would likely call them out private if it was on his own team. But Offense and D often call each other out so its probably on that side of the ball. Sides....it can't be about the paycheck for most of the offense because most of them are making peanuts anyway. They need to play to make the money they want.

    well terrible guess
you expect Matt Roth to earn his paycheck with the Dolphins
when HE DOESNT PLAY FOR THE DOLPHINS
    that is just ridiculous
also to say Gibril Wilson isn't trying is clown shoes
the guy was second in tackles on this team
    he gave great effort

got a tremendous team in the making
    & already a serious competitor
that has been a delight to watch develop

we will contend in 2010  then dominate the NFL for a decade
hope to see the tandem from hell tearing up the turf behind the orca-5 in 2010

Ronnie is talking about being more passionate about the game. Having more of a emotional commitment than a financial commitment to the game. Just because you play the game for money reason, doesn't mean you aren't trying. My statement is alluding to the fact that those players would be more inclined to do it for the money.

Matt Roth's mystery injury seemed like a holdout tactic if I've ever seen one. Gibril Wilson, though he played good ball....doesn't seem like the most passionate Dolphin on the field to me. He might just be playing for his check. Free Agents often do that. It was his first year on the team.

However, I don't think my opinion or my guess is any more ridiculous than the next. Thats just my opinion though.

Joey Porter, Channing Crowder, Ted Ginn pretty much any of the players that show up for one game then disappear for the next three, I would think are the ones he's referring too.

our offense is predicated in the run for good reasons
Ricky & Ronnie are two of them,
they are one of the elite tandems in the NFL
this season was not lost by our running stable

    think about it
