The world has lost a true treasure in the passing of Jim Brown, not only for his phenomenal skills as arguably one of the greatest running backs of all time, but an advocate during the civil rights movement in the 60’s, his efforts to curb gang violence and of course not to forget his appearances in film.

    Rest In Peace!

He retired well before I was born, but he's clearly still in the inner circle of the greatest players to ever play the game. A Hall of Famer within the HoF. The kind of guy most franchises never see.

I remember him as Jim Brown the actor but watching him on the highlight reels was always entertaining.

He retired before all of us were born I believe but seeing highlights of his games, his style of running was “my will against yours…and you will lose”
