Report: Britney Spears' 16-year-old sister pregnant

Don't get me wrong, theres been some funny stuff in this thread but I think the press is going a bit too far here. The girl is 16, I don't think anyone here would want it put on blast that their 16 year old sister, daughter, or niece, etc was pregnant. What if she decides not to keep it? The press is being a little bit cruel here IMO.

 

she has said she wants to go back home to Louisiana so 'it' can have a normal family life.

 

Fame comes with a price. If she's benefited from Brit's fame financially or any other way, then she deserves the spotlight of scrutiny as well.

This is why you should never give white trash money, they'll still do the same stupid things, but we'll have to hear about it.

Actually, this is really a parable of our culture in this country. We don't care about the process anymore, just the end result. Britney is talentless, but she had a look, so she used that to become to rich and famous. Agents, Publicists, Record Execs, milked that mania and created this. Our society will soon be crazy, bald, overweight, have too many kids, and no matter how much money we have, we'll still drink sweet tea from a solid gold goblet. Money buys freedom, which is clearly a bad thing if you never practise thinking. We don't need to grow, just our bank account does.

 

I guess its easy to pile on her right now, but she's a kid man Im not into the rapid way the press has been after this. Brittney and her sister in their own way deserve what they get but the kids should be left out of it.

 

We all deserve it, the Spears family, you, me, the rest of the American consciousness. We all suck for even talking about this like it matters.

 

apparently its taught...what kind of mothering skills were used in the Spears household?

 

Normally what happens in the bedroom, stays in the bedroom.

 

It was actually set to come out very soon, but from what I hear the publisher scrapped it after the Jamie Lynn pregnancy announcement.

Personally i think this book would be a HUGE help to parents, and all it would need is a short preface

"This is how NOT to raise your kids. All you need to remember is that you want to do the OPPOSITE of what is being mentioned in this book, good luck!"

 

another Spears down the drain..she had real potential too.

Lol I love this family. Their lives are becoming funnier by the day. Not saying it isn't sad but sheesh the problems just add up.
