    Joe… there’s no CBA because you and the other players opted to decertify rather than negotiate.

    More like the Union and a select few players who represent everyone did.

    The NFLPA was only able to decertify because the players voted for it. All 32 locker rooms voted on decertification at some point during the 2010 season.
