Albert Breer of SportingNews.com reports, at the PFT safe haven site, that the Baltimore Ravens have cut off talks with free-agent-to-be Jason Brown.

He says that Miami tops his list of teams, so hopefully the money side of things can get worked out quickly and we can get him here soon.
