Has to have been some kind of disagreement with the GM, kind of harsh considering that they more than likely would have won the division had McFadden stayed healthy. Maybe the push for the Palmer trade did him in?
I have been following this a little the last week and it's more to do with Jackson's abrasive side, I don't think MacKenzie wanted to start off with his first GM job with a drama queen to deal with.
