I believe this too. Need a good backup and Moore is likely it at his price tag.

If he's still around Hickey's going to earn his pay this weekend.

lol... and PFF is for those who prefer something a wee bit more tangible than your opinions.

    Tannehill's biggest problem isn't intangibles - it's experience.

Is he? It's easier to run block than pass block. He has 6 TDs and a long of 33 with 829 yards on the season. He benefits from his speed and Tannehill's option play I think. It's not like as can line up and smash defenses like we used to with Rickey and Ronnie.

The other part of the poor OL play is the number of penalties, especially on critical downs or in the RZ that the OL has drawn. Devastating and very frustrating to see them kill drives...

Romo crumbles in December? Your Philly bias is showing and you really have no concept of football being a team sport in which all units have to perform well to advance into the playoffs.

As for Romo, I hope Tannehill becomes as good - especially in December.

Romo's December stats: 33 TDs, 7 INTs since 2011 and he still has a couple games this season to pad these this season.

    Dec 2014:
    6 TDs, 0 INTs, 75.4 comp %, 134.4 PR

    Dec 2013:
    7 TDs, 3 INTs, 60 comp %, 93.7 PR

    Dec 2012:
    12 TDs, 4 INTs, 64% comp %, 101.2 PR

    Dec 2011:
    8 TDs, 0 INTs, 68.6 comp %, 119.1 PR

The Cowboys problems aren't Tony Romo - it's their defense, and the reason they are doing so well this season is a beefed up OL and defense, a solid running game, and a beast WR and RZ options...

Yeah, depth on the O-line was a big issue. Last year we had 1 good piece (Pouncey). This year we upped that to 3 (Albert, Pouncey & James) which was really pretty good.

Still though, it takes a little time to fix a Jeff Ireland line. :)
