Maybe...maybe not...but the ultimate responsibility is his. He's lost out on Harbaugh, Fisher, Manning, Flynn, Smith...I don't think that those were all necessarily losses by any stretch, but he can't seem to 'win' either. His decision to stick with Ireland has cost both potential FAs and coaches (another thing I'm not disagreeing with). He was largely responsible for the league changing our home games in Sept and Oct to different times, eliminating the heat factor that has traditionally been in our favor. He seems to think that JLo, Fergie and Williams sisters will draw more fans to the stadium instead of wins. He pulled the carpet out from under Sparano and forgot to tell him to clear out his desk for a year...You tell me ?? Personally, the buck stops with him... But ask what has been done positively since he's been here and the opinions are all over the place...
