So i am a huge Fifa fan and for some reason Europe gets Fifa 10 on the 2nd of October and we have to wait till the 20th. I have a friend who is gonna be in London from the 28th of this month till the 7th of October and was wondering if he bought a copy and shipped it to me if it would work on my xbox? thanks in advance.
It might work on your box, but there is no real way to know until the game gets released (or ripped).
Sorry bro but unless you've got a PAL 360 it's unlikely. Think you guys are NTSC as standard so they don't work. Only the PS3's are region free. I'm also looking forward to the game - hopefully by then I'll get my 360 back as i've just had my 3rd RROD!

It should - I'm tempted to get a PS3 as I'd be able to play NCAA as they don't do it for the 360 over here.
being a good mod, i found an old thread lol. anyway, i have fifa 10 world cup from gamefly and i am god awful. i just cant create scoring opportunities for the life of me. i just cant get the ball in the center at the top of the box. anybody good at this game give me a hand you dont have to even be good lol. im lucky to get a goal
I always take my wingers up in the corners and cross... unless I can break out with my speed before that. I haven't played this in a long time though. And I played easy... because all of the custom moves are a pain in the *** to learn.
Another question..... Are the rosters for some countries in World Cup 10 generated, or are they all official? Someone check Jamaica for me please! I have family on that squad that I'd like to play with. Otherwise I'll do without Fifa until Fifa 11 is released.
well right now i have the world cup game, so its all countries. i dont think the gameplay is any different. not sure though. i have used them all im not finding the practice field particularly helpful i can work on my crossing game i suppose, but it feels like once i get past midfield, if i dont string together some slick moves of artistry in .5 seconds i lose the ball or put up the weakest shot ever. pretty much all my goals are luck i find that if i make a move and then flick the R stick (ps3) for long dribble and sprint i can get past a guy, but it just feels so hard to pull off all the time and get a decent shot off i dont really want to play on the easiest setting lol ive played some hard sports games like top spin 3 and could figure out the logic and dominate , but i dont know whats going on here.

I like having 2 strikers upfront so they play off each other..I think it's custom tactics, you can go and have your midfielders attack more or play more defensive. Goto the player or position when in custom tactics, push x and you should be able to change how aggressive you want the player to be, or not be..if your having troubles scoring goals I'd use a team like Spain until you get better. try using the skilled dribbling. if u have a problem losing the ball near the top of the 18 try using the bridge move. it is absolutley devastating against high agression defenders.
nice. im a chelsea supporter, but RvP is one of my favorite players in the world and my favorite person to use in fifa. i just absolutley kill it with him.
try working on the fake shot. its probably the easiest to get good at and if u do it right you can make some wicked cuts and give yourself time to get a good shot off. or the roulette on the wings if u time it right can get past the defender perfectly and give u a bunch of time to get a good cross in.
