Absolutely , a stretch of a couple good/decent games against mediocre or average teams followed by failing to win key , decisive games doesn't work for me. I don't believe we have a change at the GM level in the off season , but I do think one should be made. Saying that we have seven more games and if we win 9 games , show competitiveness and sustained improvement from players like Jones , Thomas , Odrick , Clemons et all then that comes into the evaluation of course. Right now we have some good things , some just ok things and some bad... much like I have continually characterized the one step forward , one back ( or two ) and one sideways. That isn't how you become a legitimate , perrenial playoff team imo. I will let he season play out , but at this moment if I had to make the decision from everything I know and see ( and I love we finally have a coach that believes in what the eyes see ) I make the change. Too many assets to risk based on production from previous draft choices for me.
