Do not go to sleep on Rob Ninkovich!!!!!!!!

Effort player, decent phyiscal tools, but 100% each and every play.

I honestly think that ronnie just needs to rest up for the season at this point and then week one just let him run wild.

Myself, I think its some of both.
Jacksonville is mostly a vet team; same old coaching staff, etc. So this is just a practice game for them, I think.
But for us, I think since we've got so many players trying out for positions and spots on the roster its more important for them.
Still there's no denying RW, Pennington, Ginn and quite a few others played well.

Nice job getting out of the endzone, we don't need a safety.

That's why I think Ferguson is invaluable to us right now. He's a bull. Soliai is showing some progress, but at this point, he's not a dominant NT.

I don't feel badly for Beck, I think he should be given a shot, a real shot, but if he doesn't get one, he will land somewhere else, if the Staff likes Pennington and Henne better then Penny and Beck, that is a decision I can understand, but I think that Beck is being shorted out.

GA mentioned that Beck was on the sidelines looking dejected, maybe so, but there really are no black marks against him, he remains a viable NFL Qb.

We need a better #3 Rb, if Ronnie is out, and Ricky is one "my hamstring locked up on me" away from the hell that was last season, we need a better #3 then Cobbs.

as a dolphins fan... youve got to love what youre seeing from Henne. The potential and talent is definately there. I think he's coming along alot quicker than anyone expected as well. What a steal for us that late in the 2nd round

Man, that whole draft was a load of fool's gold wasn't it? Ronnie and Caddie keep getting injured and Cedric Benson is a mental case.

Soliai has made great strides in one year. Last year he stunk it up. This year he's actually making plays and us notice him.

And who said that Henne just looks at one Receiver?

Honestly, how do you step out of bounds right there?

Chad Henne has shown John Beck out the door.

He looks great. He has a big time arm, no doubt.

Merriman was the only keeper in that draft, and even he missed time due to drug suspensions.

That was a bad year to have the #2....

Henne does have a tendency to lock onto one Wr. I see him improving that though, and his Qb coach is a goodin too...

toob ad we couldnt finish with a TD pass... Henne to Wilford. What wonders that would have done for the offense... Henne, and it would have been nice to see it hopefully get wilford back on track

Sparano given Henne a good butt chewin on the sidelines.

Good to see he don't play favorites on butt chews...

Yeah, I know what you're saying about Beck. I'm just thinking as high a hope as we had for him, think how much higher his own hopes were. And I just feel bad for someone when they go through big disappointments like he's going through. I know he's grown and he's competitive. He'll bounce back, whether it's in football or not. It's just too bad.

And yeah, I would feel better with a better #3 RB. I don't know if that guy is on the current roster or not. Do you think Parmele can be that guy?

I've been a huge Beck fan and if he's got any ambitions to be an NFL Qb, he'll have to pick his game up and take advantage of every single opportunity.

Parmale has slick moves, but I like Hilliard to.

Cobbs is also someone I've liked but his blocking assignments need improvements

For me, I think that is one of Beck's problems, he really hasn't faced being told he can't cut it, to me he needs to build that internal "I'm a NFL QB who makes plays" attitude, because right now IMO, he doesn't have that, everything is by the numbers.

Don't know, Parmalee has been really quite so far and hasn't played much, hard to say one or another with him.

Nice hit there by Reggie Torbor.

And another 15 yd penalty against the Miami Dolphins.

The penalties have been a real downer on this game, along with a few dropped passes.
