Why was this, no words bad enough, on the damn streets. A dumb useless evil dog like this shouldv'e just been put down. How can you release an attempted murderer...ever? Dont want tax dollars to pay to keep him behind bars? not enough room in the prisons? start putting these animals down like the ****ing dogs they are.

if i had 3 wishes, 2 would be for the benefit of mankind...make the world a better place type deal. #3 would be self-indulgent. i want this guy alone... for 19 hours in an old abandoned warehouse.

    - and im sorry for bringing such an ugly story to light, but its just better to be aware that such monsters are walking the earth.

and might i add, bless this woman for staying alive, just to see this guy brought to justice.

of course no justice will ever be harsh enough. if there is any sort of decency and humanity in this liberal day and age, they will give this guy the death penalty. ironic, yes i know.

its the damn judicial system and the rights to appeals. you ever wonder why they say it costs more to execute people than imprison them for life? Its not the actual housing/feeding costs... its all the appeals the death row inmates get.

i agree, we should put a lot of people to death. in cases like this, we should revoke the appellate process to expedite the execution.

I just got done reading about this Seth...Man oh man oh man... We are SERIOUSLY failing as a Society, and letting a POS like this loose instead of just putting it down is a key reason why. :pity:

Yeah, I wonder why he didnt want to go to court...

    and more

I personally dont give a goddamn rats *** on personal rights and all that BS in this case. This POS shouldve been put in front of a loaded gun and had the trigger pulled.

Stories like these make me wish we could just hunt the scum of this planet down and execute them Boondock Saint's style. The system we have in place to deal with these animals obviously doesn't work.

It says she had forced oral sex, but (obviously I don't know the woman's mindset in the situation completely) if she was willing to take her own life, why didn't she bite his manhood off (or attempt to) during one incident? I'm sure she will never be asked this question, but I wonder if she ever considered it.

maybe she wanted to die sure, but if she did that im sure he would have tortured her even worse....cutting off body parts slowly and what not.....and maybe the forced oral was early in the rape, where death was not an option yet? Who knows.....its disgusting regardless :pity:

I'm guessing he did all those acts with the first 1-5 hours. After that I'm going to assume he started torturing her. Just a guess though.

She probably was thinking that he was just going to rape her and leave, If he would have tried to rape her after he did all that I would have to believe she would have tried something desperate.

"Justice Carol Berkman, who is presiding over the trial, found in October that Mr. Williams was mentally fit for trial. After that decision, Mr. Levine said he was considering a mental illness defense."

I HATE this ****in excuse. Its used way to much. We are not talking about ******ed people here. Mental illness my ***. These ****holes know damn well the difference between right and wrong. I wish to god they would abolish this loophole in the system.
And we really really really need to do a better job with repeat offender cases. It seems many child molestation cases are also repeat offenses, many burglaries are repeats etc etc. Once a person shows a history of this stuff it just needs to be over. Give em a second chance and if they blow that, put them away for good.

We also really need to work on way to reduce the cost of housing prisoners and the appeals system. Frankly, I dont see why reducing the costs of housing would be that difficult ....

This story was shocking beyond sad and the man who performed those acts is neither deserving or entitled to due process, IMHO, of course. I wouldn't condone killing him or torturing him like the rest of you. I'd just throw him in a cell with no food and let him starve to death.

The story and the name of the movie he participated in. Coincidence?

    I think not.
